Terms and Conditions

1. The Loyalty Programme is run by Karma Technologies International Ltd (Karma), the creator of Karma Cashback. Karma’s address is Third Floor 126-134 Baker Street London, W1U 6UE United Kingdom and any correspondence relating to this promotion should be addressed to karmavouchers@getkarma.co.uk

Eligibility to enter

2. The Loyalty Programme is open to existing Karma Cashback app users with a minimum of £500 total spend.

3. The user must earn jewels to determine their Loyalty tier/level:

4. Eligible users can earn jewels by making Karma Cashback-related transactions, such as purchasing vouchers and sending vouchers to family and friends.

5. The eligible user gets 1 jewel for every £10 voucher purchase. They also get 1 jewel for every £10 voucher they send to their family and friends.

6. Starting 03 June 2022, when there is no movement on the user’s spend for 3 consecutive months, the user goes down a tier/level. However, an advisory will be sent out to notify them regarding their status and advice on the next steps before any action will be made on their account.

7. The tier/level the user is in determines the type of reward/s they will receive:

7.1. The regular cashback will be instantly credited and the additional cashback that the user earns (to make a total of 7% for Diamond, 5% for Ruby and 3.5% for Emerald) from groceries for one whole month, will be awarded within five (5) working days the following month.

7.2. Cashback on grocers and annual anniversary gifts should be used for personal purchases only.

8. Eligible users will receive a monthly update on their current tier/level via email marketing every first week of the month.

General

10. Karma Vouchers and Karma reserve the right to cancel the programme or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

11. The programme and the terms and conditions should be governed as determined by the Karma Technologies Limited International management and their decision should be final.
