Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion is run by Karma Technologies International Ltd (Karma), the creator of Karma Cashback. Karma’s address is Third Floor 126-134 Baker Street London, W1U 6UE United Kingdom and any correspondence relating to this promotion should be addressed to karmavouchers@getkarma.co.uk

2. The Promotion is open to new Karma Cashback app users who registered between 18th to 26th of May 2022.

 

Eligibility to enter

3. The user must have completed the registration process and have a verified Karma Cashback account between 18th to 26th of May 2022.

4. App registration details must include the legal first name and last name of the user.

5. Karma reserves the right to disqualify users with suspicious registration details, as well as duplicate accounts.

6. Only first-time registrants are qualified for the promotion.

7. Only the new users registered between 18th to 26th of May 2022 will be eligible to receive the reward.

Promotion details

8. All the entries will be drawn on the 27th of May 2022 through a random name picker tool (https://wheelofnames.com).

9. One (1) user will be randomly selected to win two (2) West End premium tickets to a 2022 show of their choice.

10. The winner will be notified via email by 30th of May 2022.

10.1. The winner must respond to the Karma Cashback team’s email within 24 hours to confirm their details, otherwise the reward will be forfeited and will be given to the next drawn user.

10.2. Details of the claiming of the tickets will be aligned with the winner through email correspondence once confirmation is done.

10.3. Selling of the won tickets is strictly prohibited.

11. The prize draw rewards are valid for use within 2022 only.

12. On the day of the event, the winners must create and post an Instagram content (either Feed, Story or Reels) about their experience – tagging Karma Cashback’s account (@kvcashback).

13. The winners give Karma Cashback the right to repurpose and/or reproduce the content/s on their channels without usage expiration.

14. A maximum of one reward transaction will be counted and rewarded per user under this promotion.

15. The prize draw rewards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

16. The promotional campaign will run from 18th to 26th of May 2022 only.

17. Karma Vouchers and Karma reserve the right to cancel the promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

18. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
