Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion is run by Karma Technologies International Ltd (Karma), the creator of Karma Cashback. Karma’s address is Third Floor 126-134 Baker Street London, W1U 6UE United Kingdom and any correspondence relating to this promotion should be addressed to karmavouchers@getkarma.co.uk

2. The Promotion is open to new Karma Cashback app users registered between 4th to 18th February 2022 and have purchased a minimum of 1 voucher during the promo duration.

 

Eligibility to enter

3. The user must complete the registration process and have a verified Karma Cashback account between 4th to 18th February 2022.

4. Registration details must include the legal first name and last name of the user.

5. Karma reserves the right to disqualify users with suspicious registration details, as well as duplicate accounts.

6. Only first-time registrants who have purchased a minimum of 1 voucher are qualified for the promotion.

7. Only the new users who have purchased a minimum of 1 voucher from 4th to 18th February 2022 and have sent their Prize Claim Forms within the promo duration will be eligible to receive the reward.

Promotion details

8. The Promotion will give the qualified new user a digital scratch card after completing the registration, account verification process, and voucher purchase on the Karma Cashback app.

9. The first batch of users who will qualify for the promo will receive an email for their digital scratch cards on 11th February 2022, while the second batch will get theirs on 19th February 2022.

10. The user must send a Prize Claim Form after scratching off his/her digital scratch card to claim his/her reward.

11. A maximum of one reward transaction will be counted and rewarded per user under this promotion.

12. The reward will be credited on 24th February 2022.

13. The credit is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. The credit may only be used to purchase vouchers on the app –  withdrawal is strictly prohibited or else it will be forfeited.

14. The promotional campaign will run from the 4th to 18th February 2022.

15. Karma Vouchers and Karma reserve the right to cancel the promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

16. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
