Terms and Conditions

1.  The Promotion is run by Karma Technologies International Ltd (Karma), the creator of Karma Cashback. Karma’s address is Third Floor 126-134 Baker Street London, W1U 6UE United Kingdom and any correspondence relating to this promotion should be addressed to karmavouchers@getkarma.co.uk

 

Eligibility to enter

2. The Promotion is open to all existing Karma Cashback app users.

3. The user must purchase a minimum of £100 worth of vouchers from any retailer using the Karma Cashback app from 17th to 28th May 2022.

 

Promotion details

4. All the entries will be drawn on the 30th of May 2022 through a random name picker tool (https://wheelofnames.com).

5. One (1) user will be randomly selected to win two (2) West End premium tickets for a 2022 show of their choice.

6. The winner will be notified via email by 1st of June 2022.

            6.1. The winner must respond to the Karma Cashback team’s email within 24 hours to                confirm their details, otherwise the reward will be forfeited and will be given to the next drawn user.

            6.2. Details of the claiming of the tickets will be aligned with the winner through email correspondence once confirmation is done.

            6.3. Selling of the won tickets is strictly prohibited.

7. The prize draw reward is valid for use within 2022 only.

8. On the day of the show, the winner must create and post an Instagram content (either via Instagram Feed, Story or Reels) about their experience — tagging Karma Cashback’s account (@kvcashback).

9. The winner gives Karma Cashback the right to repurpose and/or reproduce the content/s on their channel without usage expiration.

10. A maximum of one (1) reward transaction will be counted and rewarded per user under this promotion.

11. The prize draw reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

12. The promotional campaign will run from the 17th to 28th May 2022 only.

 

General

13. Karma Vouchers and Karma reserve the right to cancel the promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

14. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
